R08.11.01.01-T01 Prism grouped bar chart with two-way ANOVA and significance asterisks

Original instruction

In GraphPad Prism, open input/cytokine.pzfx (grouped table: 3 genotypes x 4 time points, n=6). Make a grouped bar chart of mean with SD error bars and individual points, run two-way ANOVA with Sidak multiple comparisons (genotype within each time point vs WT), and add asterisks for adjusted P from the analysis. Save output/cytokine.pzfx.
