Environment and counting scope

Every template counts once, without multiplying parameter combinations. Dynamic goal generators are preserved rather than inventing instantiated prompts. Module labels are not verified software-product names.

What is checked?

Success methods are located through static Python class resolution; textproto success criteria and their implementation are retained.

Source preservation does not establish evaluator accuracy or end-to-end reproducibility.
